Treating soil with cement means improving its strength and load bearing capacity thanks to the design of a mixture composed of soil and certain percentages of cement and water. The treatment must take place quickly to prevent setting of the cement before the end of installation.

The preliminary soil analysis, the verification of the suitability of the sub-base and study of the mix design are carried out at the internal laboratory, CGS Lab, set up with the aim of accelerating the implementation of designs and ensuring the compliance of each process.

CGS Consolidamenti
has handled cement stabilisation for over 10 years and worked with the major Italian and foreign contractors (Salini-Impregilo, Astaldi, Pizzarotti, CMC, GLF, RFI, ANAS, Pavimental, Colas, Lafarge, Strabag, FM Logistic, Saipem, Dodsal, Maire-Technimont) for important projects related to infrastructure.
